Space Tourism

As the costs of access to space fall – due in part to new technologies – a number of commercial enterprises are offering non-astronauts the opportunity to fly in space.

The investment on the part of these companies is however huge – but it is believed such flights have a market. The experiences planned range from sub-orbital flights to proposed flights to circumnavigate the Moon in orbit.

All such experiences will entail some degree of flight preparation and training.

These commercial space tourism operators have contracts which they present to their space fairing passengers.

We advise on what those contracts comprise – both from the perspective of the space tourism operator and the space passenger.
